Suggested Use: 

Take 3 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.

Warnings: 

For adults only at bedtime. Not for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness and mild transient GI symptoms. Take with food in case of GI upset.
